Wired for Connection: A Couples Workshop

Relationships are hard. Relationships where one or both partners have a beautifully complex, non-linear brain? Even harder. But here’s the good news: You’re wired for wonder, and that’s exactly what makes deeper connection possible.

Join us for a workshop designed for neurodivergent couples (and neurodivergent + neurotypical pairs) who want to better understand each other, navigate common challenges, and build a relationship that honors both partners’ unique ways of thinking, feeling, and communicating.

We’ll explore…

  • Why your partner’s “silent processing” isn’t the same as ignoring you

  • How to translate “I love you” into each other’s unique brain language

  • Practical tools for communication, co-regulation, and avoiding the dreaded “who’s doing the dishes” meltdown

  • Ways to work with, not against, your nervous system in moments of stress

This isn’t just another relationship workshop—it’s a space where your quirks, patterns, and neurodivergent brilliance are welcome. Expect warmth, humor, and real strategies you can take home (because love isn’t about being the same—it’s about learning how to meet each other where you are).

Join us and let’s celebrate the magic of thinking differently—together.
