ADHD Connection Group

Yes, ADHD is trending. No, that does not keep us from feeling alone in what it feels like to have ADHD. This group is a space for neurodiverse individuals to connect, learn some skills, and ultimately feel less alone.

In this group, we will give space to connect with other individuals that have experienced a sense of overwhelm about moving through life with an active mind. This group is for individuals looking to deepen their understanding of self in a welcoming environment. If you feel like you could use something like this, join us.

If you feel alone, we can help.
