Motherhood & Identity Group

Having babies coincides with a mountain of change. Your body, your time, your relationships, and your life are all reorganized alongside the appearance of these new little people. Whether you were well prepared for these changes or not, the experience of motherhood is oftentimes beyond imagination, as in, you just don't know what it will be like until you get there.

In this group, we will explore things like identity, relational dynamics, the layered experience of mothering, and how to take care of yourself while taking care of other people. Whether you are one week or years out from having kids, if you feel like you could use something like this, join us.

If you feel overwhelmed, we can help.
