Grief Group
Grief is lonely. Even if we’re surrounded by people that lost the same person that we did, it still feels like our experience is so different. People don’t know what to say. We don’t know what to say. But we know that we don’t want to feel alone.
Your grief is real, and you should have a space to experience it. Together, we will walk this journey where we often find ourselves alone in our grief. We hope that amid your deepest pain, you will find a sacred place to feel seen, heard, and understood with grace, empathy, and support.
In this group, we will give space to connect with other young adults that have experienced a serious loss. This group is for individuals that had someone that they love die recently. If you feel like you could use something like this, join us.
If you feel alone, we can help.
