Wired for Wonder: A Support Group

for those with ADHD and Neurodivergence

This group is a space for neurodivergent individuals to connect, unmask, and be fully themselves in a supportive, understanding environment. Whether you're navigating ADHD, autism or other forms of neurodivergence, this is a place where your experiences are met with validation, curiosity, and compassion.

Together, we'll explore self-compassion, build self-trust, and practice strategies that support your unique way of thinking and being in the world. Through conversation, reflection, and skill-building, you'll gain insights that foster growth and ease. Most importantly, you don't have to figure it all out alone--this is a space where you are seen, heard, and valued exactly as you are. *formal diagnosis is not required
