I’m Laura and I help anxious teens, individuals deconstructing spiritual experiences, and birthing people in their postpartum period! I became a therapist to work with adolescents, young adults and families after several years counseling youth. But, throughout my training as a therapist, I have also grown proficient in working with how to live authentically, navigate life transitions, and sexual and/or gender identity. When I’m not in the therapy room, I love relaxing at the beach (please wear your SPF!), taking photos of uncommon beauty and watching reality game shows (always happy to chat about Amazing Race, Big Brother or Survivor!). I also love quiz shows so hopefully one day you’ll see me on Wheel of Fortune or Family Feud!  But, honestly, most of the time I’m on the floor in my PJs playing with my toddler.
