Coping with Grief Through the Holidays

 A Resource and Process Group

Join us for a one-time holiday grief group designed to connect individuals navigating loss during the holiday season. This supportive gathering will encourage participants to share their experiences, fostering a sense of community among those who understand the complexities of grief. Together, we will explore practical coping tools to help manage feelings of sadness and isolation, equipping attendees with strategies to foster a sense of grounding and preparedness throughout the holidays. Whether you have experienced recent loss or carry the weight of years past, this group offers a compassionate space to honor your feelings and connect with others on a similar journey.

The Holiday Grief Group offers a supportive and compassionate space where you can connect with others who understand the pain of grieving during the holidays. Together, we’ll share our stories, offer support, and gain strategies for coping with the unique challenges that come with this time of year. You don’t have to go through it alone.
